Room rate includes gst
Maximum occupancy of each room is 2 adults 
Complimentary wifi**. and local calls
Any special guest requests, including exclusive use of the property will be met wherever possible.

Check in is 3.00pm - 6.30pm.  A later check in may be arranged via email info@aylstone.co.nz .

Check out is by 11.00am.

An Early check in or later check out may be arranged by prior arrangement, please note additional charges may apply.

Cancellations
Aylstone is a small boutique property with seven guest rooms,

Payment is required at time of booking; if a booking is cancelled within 14 or less than 7 days prior to the first night’s stay a cancellation charge will apply as follows:

14 days: 50% forfeit of total cost of stay
7 days: 100% forfeit of total cost of stay

This will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time the booking was made. We will make every effort to re-book the room and if successful (which we generally are) you will not be charged. We recommend travel insurance.
